i downloaded the app to make a payment because their website hasn't been working for a week: the app doesn't work either!
Great and Easy to Use
Great App
I think the app was ok at first. I was able to transfer money from one account to another twice. Now that doesn't allow me to do that on my Android. Very frustrating. I shouldnt have to uninstall and reinstall. Why fix something that wasnt broken. The update stinks.
Every time there is an update I can't get back in to check my balance
Very easy to use.
Always have to go to bank to reset. Can never get back on second time, without having to reset. I write password down. Every time; makes me reset password. Doesn't allow me to reset. Only bank can. Never had this issue with any other bank. When I am, on this app. Has a great layout. Most easy to use. Again, problem lies with being able to get on site. It doesn't matter if it's a computer or phone. Corprate Bank targeted me for being disabled. She admitted it. Tellers/Mgrs awesome.
